Refund policy

Regarding Customizable Dog Toys:

  • Returns and Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized items. Additionally, cancellations are not accepted.

  • Customer Responsibility: As part of our dedication to delivering personalized products, we kindly remind our customers of their responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the entered name and the selection of colors. This ensures that the final product meets their expectations and aligns with their preferences.

Returns for Non-Personalizable Dog Toys:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Should the item not be returned in its original condition, the buyer is accountable for any loss in value. Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been inspected to ensure it has not been used and is in the same condition as received.

To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

How to start a return:

To start a return, log into your account by clicking on the person emoticon located at the top right of our homepage. You may also initiate a return by contacting us at support@doggieandme.boutique or using the chat in the bottom right corner. Please be sure to provide your order number in your message. Once your return is accepted, you'll receive a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can replaced your order as soon as possible :)

Exceptions / Non-returnable items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and items marked as "FINAL SALE". Money will be refunded once it is confirmed that the product has not been used and is in the same condition as received. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Additionally, we cannot accept returns for gift cards.

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at the moment. Should you wish to exchange your item, you may initiate a return and then place a new order.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days.
