Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we're here to ensure you and your pet are happy with your purchase.
Shipping Times
Orders are shipped from our fulfillment warehouse in South Florida, Monday through Saturday (except for holidays). Orders without any personalized items are shipped within 3-5 business days. However, personalized items are made just "fur" you and require an extra 3-5 days of production time. We cannot accommodate split shipments at this time, so your full order will ship when everything is ready.
Personalized Items
Please note personalized items are made just "fur" you and require up to 5 days of extra production time. This means that if you select standard shipping, your order could take 8-12 business days to arrive. Selecting an expedited shipping method at checkout will not reduce the time it takes to personalize your items; it only impacts the shipping method.
Cancellations
To ensure swift processing and delivery of your order, we're unable to accept cancellation requests after 6 hours from the time of purchase. Our commitment is to promptly fulfill and dispatch your order, aiming to get your order to you as soon as possible.
Returns
Ensuring Happiness with Every Purchase
We stand behind every product that we sell. If you aren't 100% satisfied, we're here to help! We accept returns of items that are unused, unwashed, and in new condition. Tags must also still be attached. Returns received within 30 days of the original ship date will be refunded in full, minus shipping charges.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping costs unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item, in which case we will provide a complimentary return label.
Personalized Items
We are committed to delivering personalized products that exceed your expectations. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for personalized items unless there was an error on our end. We kindly remind our customers to double-check the accuracy of the entered name and the selection of colors to ensure the final product perfectly aligns with your preferences. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to make every personalized purchase a delightful experience.

Processed Returns
Once your return has been accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your package.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at the moment. However, you can exchange an item by returning it and then placing a new order. Please follow the return steps, and we recommend getting your return approved before submitting a new order.
