1. Digital Mockups: Before placing your order, we provide digital mockups of the customized toy. This allows you to review and approve the design before production begins.
2. Final Product Approval: Upon request, we can send you pictures of the final product before completing your order. This step ensures that you are satisfied with the product’s appearance and quality.
Refunds and Returns
- No Refunds or Returns: Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or accept returns unless the toy is damaged or defective upon receipt.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective toy, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a refund as appropriate.
Production and Shipping
- Order Confirmation: Once the design is approved and the order is confirmed, we will begin the production process. Please note that any changes requested after order confirmation may result in additional charges.
